    Where we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations of personal data, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

    When processing personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations necessary for pre-contractual measures.

    Our host is ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich GmbH, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). The servers are located in Germany, ensuring GDPR-compliant processing within the EU.

    4.1 Description and Scope of Data Processing

    Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the user's computer system.

    We use Contact Form 7 for our contact forms. The data is transmitted to us by email and is not stored in the database.

    The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR if the user has given consent. The legal basis for processing data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

    6. Newsletter

    6.1 Description and Scope of Data Processing

    On our website, there is the option to subscribe to a free newsletter. When registering for the newsletter, the data from the input mask is transmitted to us.

    We use MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", J. Basanavičiaus g. 15, 03108 Vilnius, Lithuania) for newsletter delivery. MailerLite is an EU-based provider and is GDPR compliant.

    6.2 Legal Basis

    The legal basis for processing data after registration for the newsletter by the user is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR if the user has given consent.

    6.3 Withdrawal

    The subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled by the user concerned at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter.

    7. Web Analytics by Google Analytics

    7.1 Description and Scope of Data Processing

    We use Google Analytics on our website, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website.

    7.2 IP Anonymization

    We have activated IP anonymization on this website. Your IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand.

    7.3 Data Transfer to the USA

    • immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us in accordance with Article 16 GDPR;
    • request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Article 17 GDPR;
    • request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 GDPR;
    • receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in accordance with Article 20 GDPR;
    • revoke your once given consent to us at any time in accordance with Article 7(3) GDPR;
    • complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 GDPR.

    9. International Data Transfer

    Since we are a US LLC and some of our service providers (e.g. Google) are based in the USA, personal data may be transferred to the USA. This only happens:

    • With your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR)
    • On the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the EU Commission
    • If it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR)

    10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

    We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy.
